We’re seeking a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to manage the day-to-day scheduling and administration of practical training for the Qantas Engineering Academy (QEA). This role is essential to ensuring apprentice training schedules, facilities, instructors, equipment and shared training resources are coordinated effectively to support high-quality program delivery.
Working closely with the QEA Practical Training Manager, Planning and Scheduling Manager and other key stakeholders, you will coordinate and maintain practical training schedules, manage resource allocations and address scheduling conflicts. You will also track student and cohort progress, identify students who may be at risk and deliver accurate reports to support operational and executive decision-making.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to train and inspire the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers, including those working on the AH-64E Apache helicopters.
