We are actively on the lookout for B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers interested in transitioning to an instructor role. As an instructor, you’ll take the lead in delivering both theory and practical training within your trade stream, inspiring and supporting the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.
No instructor experience? No problem. While previous training or mentoring experience will be highly regarded, it’s not essential – just bring your technical knowledge, growth mindset, and passion for aviation.
We’re seeking an experienced B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to step into the role of Instructor – Delivery and Assessment. This is a dual-focused position:
• As an Assessor, you’ll play a vital role in evaluating competency, contributing to our Apprentice Management Framework, and ensuring our apprentices are supported, and assessed to the highest industry expectations.
• As an instructor, you’ll take the lead in delivering both theory and practical training within your trade stream, inspiring and supporting the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers.
