Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)

This course is for pilots who want to operate in a multi-crew aircraft ensuring both the pilot-in-command and co-pilot can operate effectively. You will gain important team skills needed to work effectively on a modern-day flight deck.

Training includes both scenario-based and line-oriented training exercises, carefully designed to allow you to develop and practice the skills necessary to undertake leadership and support roles during different situations.

Our experienced instructors will adjust the training based on your background and experience to ensure you get the most out of training.

We use a high-fidelity Flight Simulator Training Device based on a Boeing 737NG and includes a modern glass cockpit.

The course is approved under CASA Part 142 and graduates will receive a formal Certificate of Completion as well as logbook endorsement of competence.
