Aviation Australia through its remote pilot training division Remote Aviation has developed a comprehensive, flexible RePL course designed in line with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority RePL manual of standards which governs RPAS knowledge and flight standards across Australia.
Remote Aviation issues CASA certification under its training approval CASA.ReOC.1006 registered to InSky UAS Pty Ltd. We have been privileged to train over 1200 remote pilots across Australia and worked with hundreds of businesses and departments developing RPAS capability.

Australia-wide
Exercises are designed to maximise your experience to ensure you meet the CASA designated flight standards. We also practice utilising the onboard camera systems and capabilities of both systems to prepare you for aerial photography, survey and inspection operations.
Our aviation qualified instructors provide quality in-person and online tuition through our online training portal, allowing flexible study options.
Obtaining an Aeronautical Radio Operator’s Certificate will enable advanced operations, flight of heavier RPA in airspace and efficient management of flight near aerodromes.
No previous drone/RPAS flying experience is required to undertake our course.
The theoretical content is aimed at a level of knowledge and comprehension of a person that has completed year 10. The minimum age we will accept on a course is 17.
Any person aged under 18 will also require permission from a parent or guardian to attend.
As part of our course we also cover the cost of the CASA fees for the AROC and ELP (a saving of $130) which is not included by many other training providers.
Visit our dedicated RPAS website for course dates and to enrol.
