Getting more Hands-on

Some common feedback from industry is that apprentices don’t have the hand skills required to perform essential maintenance duties. Despite the proliferation of tactile devices, such as smart phones, tablets and watches, it seems this is not translating to the range of motor skills required to perform as an aircraft maintenance engineer.

In response to this skills gap, Aviation Australia has built-in a comprehensive range of hands-on training that specifically address this need.

Our flagship training product includes over 200 hours of practical, hands-on skills training essential in building proficiency across a range of techniques. The benefit for employers is gaining a valuable resource who has the practical capabilities and confidence from day one.
