Let us help you make your mark in the aviation industry. Our FAME program is dedicated to increasing female participation in the aircraft maintenance engineer workforce. We provide our female students across all locations with support from key networks and industry throughout their studies. Did you know that less that 2% of licensed aircraft maintenance engineers in Australia are female? That’s only 113 females! We want to attract, retain and promote more female Aircraft Maintenace Engineers.
