• Before you start – Additional assessment requirements:
  Some countries may require additional assessment requirements, such as a higher IELTS or equivalent level and/or student interview. You will be advised upon application if further details are required. Aviation Australia does not recommend sitting an IELTS before having received an offer.
• Academic Suitability:
  Evidence of completion of Year 12 or equivalent. Where an applicant does not meet these requirements, Aviation Australia may consider sufficient relevant work experience (documented via a resume and referees) and/or a successfully completed higher level qualification that demonstrates academic suitability. Aviation Australia uses these equivalent international education achievement levels.
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Assessment:
  You must address in writing all the questions in the GTE section of the application form that can be found here. You can find additional guidelines to structure your responses here.
• Current Valid Passport:
  The applicant’s passport must be current and valid for at least 6 months from the course commencement date.

• Documentation Requirements:
  • All documentation supplied must be certified and translated (in full) to English. Please refer to the front page of the application form for more details.
  • If you need support in submitting your application, you can contact one of Aviation Australia’s registered agents here.
  • Applications submitted with uncertified documents will not be processed.

Please find below the screening and enrolment procedure for your perusal:

1. You can apply online by using the International Enrolment Form (snapforms.com.au) and Aviation Australia will then assess your profile.
2. If successful, you will be issued a Letter of Offer.
3. You will then be able to proceed with the deposit payment for the course and you will get issued with a Confirmation of Enrolment that you can use to apply for your student visa.
