As laid out in 145.A.30 of the EASA and CASA Part 145 regulations, this is mandatory training for all personnel involved in any maintenance, management and/or quality auditing.
The course is specifically aimed at minimising the risks associated with Human Factors and human performance limitation influences on human error within the maintenance organisation.
Organisations and individuals seeking Initial and Continuation Human Factors training as required under EASA and CASR 145.A.30(e) and IAW Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisations AMC/GM.
This training satisfies EASA and CASR requirements under 145.A.30 (e) – Personnel Requirements, where the AMO must ensure that individual personnel meet the standards for a task that they are authorised to perform.
