Certificate II in Aeroskills MEA20418

This qualification is designed for aircraft maintenance engineering employees within aviation maintenance workshops who carry out repair and overhaul tasks on a focused range of aircraft electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-pneumatic components. It also applies to those involved in simple repairs on select structural components.

This qualification articulates with the current Certificate IV in Aeroskills and the common units provide a number of credits towards other Aeroskills qualifications at Certificate III and IV levels.

Employees can leverage this qualification to gain significant credits towards advanced Aeroskills Certificates, creating pathways for career growth within the industry.

Your Initial RPL report will confirm the requirements you must complete in order to be issued with.

  • Resume 
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s licenses (local and/or foreign) 
  • Company authorisations/approvals 
  • Letters of endorsement of privileges exercised (QA) 
  • Australian (VET) Qualifications and Statements of Attainment 
  • Part 66 theory results (EASA, CASA, GCAA) from Approved Part 147 organisations
  • CASA Basic (CAR31) exam results 
  • Licensing exam results  
  • Workplace service letters 
  • Trade certificates and qualifications
  • Training certificates (type training, skills training) 
  • Qualification certificates (Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, etc.) 
  • Company training records
