AVI50222 - Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence - Aeroplane)

As of 26 August 2025, Aviation Australia will no longer be accepting pilot course applications for its Armidale and Ballina locations.

Candidates must:
  • Complete pre-course assessment (interview)
  • Complete aptitude testing (charges apply)
  • Hold a current CASA Class 1 Medical and Aviation Security ID Card (ASIC)

VET Student Loan applicants must meet additional entry/eligibility requirements. 

  • Complete pre-course assessment with White Star Aviation
  • Upon successful Aptitude Testing, an offer to enrol will be provided
  • Submit online Enrolment Application with required documentation
  • Receive Enrolment Confirmation / Statement of Covered Fees with further course information
  • Commence study
