We’re seeking a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and administrative tasks related to the scheduling of Aviation Australia’s programs and must be committed to high quality output and be flexible and responsible to client needs.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Planning and Scheduling Manager, Manager of Assessments, and campus Technical Training Managers. You will play a vital role in positioning Aviation Australia as the aviation and aerospace centre of excellence for learning and development in both the Australian and international markets.
If you have experience in planning and scheduling with strong organisational skills, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll be confident managing complex timetables and operational resources, preferably within a training environment. Proficiency in data analysis – including Power BI or other visualisation tools – will also be valued to support effective decision-making.
Work Location: Brisbane
We’re seeking a reliable and organised Technical Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team in Brisbane on a full-time basis. This role is key to supporting the preparation of training aids, equipment and facilities, as well as assisting instructors to deliver safe, high-quality practical training.
In this role you will help maintain workshops and aircraft training aids, supervise students to ensure safe practices, and assist with Stores operations including goods handling and process improvements. You will also contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement while complying with Aviation Australia’s Code of Conduct, safety legislation, and policies.
