As an existing customer, following an Aviation Australia induction, you will be provided with an information pack to help guide both apprentices, supervisors and apprentice employers through the new e-Journal platform.

No, the E-Journal is a web-based application and is not accessible without internet access.

No, a separate journal entry is required for each workplace task that you complete with your employer. Each entry will be signed by your supervisor and verified by an Aviation Australia assessor.
If your supervisor rejects your entry, you will receive an email and it will appear as a rejected entry (in red) at the top of your journal next time you log in. You supervisor can leave a reason why, otherwise you will need to speak with them and resubmit your entry.
