The school to work pathway allows school students to take the first step towards a career within the aviation industry.

The Certificate II in Aeroskills (MEA20418) is undertaken as a Vocational
Education and Training in schools’ program. No aircraft leaves the ground
without being checked by an engineer. Being an aircraft maintenance
engineer means working on the most exciting and advanced technology in
the world. It’s a hands-on and extremely rewarding career pathway where
you literally see your hard work take off.

This school pathway program is the perfect introduction for any hands-on
person with a passion for aviation. After you finish the course, you will have
the skills and knowledge required to attract an apprenticeship or traineeship
in the highly sort-after field of aircraft maintenance.
