Aviation Australia Partners with Vietjet Aviation Academy

Aviation safety depends on a highly skilled workforce, and meeting the increasing demand for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) requires innovative and world-class training solutions. Aviation Australia is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Vietjet Aviation Academy to deliver a translational AME training program, ensuring more engineers are qualified to international standards.

Through this collaboration, aspiring AMEs in Vietnam will have access to high-quality education aligned with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV). By equipping students with the necessary expertise and hands-on experience, this program will significantly contribute to strengthening Vietnam’s aviation sector.

This partnership, in conjunction with Aviation Connect, directly supports the industry’s workforce needs, ensuring that future engineers receive training that meets both local and global aviation standards. As the aviation industry in Vietnam continues to grow, the demand for skilled AMEs has never been greater. With Aviation Australia’s internationally recognised training and Vietjet Aviation Academy’s commitment to excellence, this initiative is set to develop a new generation of aviation professionals ready to uphold the highest safety and operational standards.

Aviation is built on trust, skill, and continuous learning. By working together, Aviation Australia and Vietjet Aviation Academy are reinforcing a shared commitment to developing talent and sustaining a safe, skilled, and future-ready aviation workforce. This program is set to commence in the last quarter of 2025, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of this partnership on the future of aviation in Vietnam and beyond.
